Steve has practiced both litigation and transactional law for over 40 years. Early in his career, he gained significant trial experience as the designated trial attorney at a consumer focused law firm with a varied mix of personal injury, criminal, family and workers’ compensation law.

Seeking to gain more sophisticated and entrepreneurial experience, Steve joined a firm specializing in real estate syndication and general business formation, handling both transactional and litigation aspects of complex corporate, real estate, construction and probate law matters.

Following his entrepreneurial drive, and having developed practical experience in numerous areas of the law, Steve opened his own firm where he eventually concentrated on providing full service representation for small to medium size businesses and the personal concerns of their owners.

He counsels them in all aspects of their businesses, and assists in the maintenance of corporate governance formalities such as the corporate filings, the conduct of meetings and preparation of minutes.

He is known as someone with whom they can discuss their concerns, hopes and desires on a continuing basis and who will learn and remember their personal and business circumstances to enable them to give advice in a shared context and not in a vacuum.

He has successfully prosecuted and defended class actions in several areas of law including disputes involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), wage and hours, and labor.
