Daniel is an associate at Kramar Madnick L.L.P. whose practice spans complex civil litigation across a broad range of subject matters, including products liability, business disputes, construction, real estate, personal injury, and insurance coverage. In a relatively short time in practice, Daniel has excelled with a diverse litigation background, managing active dockets in both state and federal court, taking and defending numerous depositions, briefing dispositive motions, and representing clients in mediation.
Daniel came to Kramar Madnick from a nationally recognized AmLaw-ranked firm, where he independently managed a substantial docket of active matters and handled all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial preparation. Before that, he honed his skills at a well-regarded regional civil litigation firm, where he supported a high-volume trial practice and drafted appellate writ petitions raising complex procedural issues, demonstrating work that reflects an early comfort with sophisticated legal writing and procedure. His representative matters illustrate the breadth of his experience. Daniel has represented a national real estate developer in trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, defended an international manufacturer in asbestos-related products liability litigation, and represented a national general contractor in a multi-issue construction dispute involving delay, defect, and nonpayment claims.
